GESS BeyondClassrooms x EuroCham Present Dialogue on Ocean Pollution Awareness

The European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore has been a valued partner of GESS’ BeyondClassrooms network, enabling many opportunities for our students to profile themselves at important events, such as the annual EuroCham Sustainability Awards.

On 26 November 2024, GESS collaborated once again with EuroCham, to host a dialogue on one of the most pressing global environmental issues of our time — ocean pollution. Bringing together our passionate students and corporate leaders to exchange insights and inspire action, it was heartening to see how engaged our students were – particularly their genuine desire to make a difference to our world. Such initiatives, under our BeyondClassrooms umbrella, create opportunities for our students to not only hear from and interact with industry representatives, but also present a stage for our own talents to host, speak and moderate. Our students in the audience demonstrated deep thinking through their questions for the speakers.
