Inspiring Futures: Launching the BeyondClassrooms Speaker Series

Grade 9-12 students at GESS will be learning directly from industry thought leaders, experts and changemakers through our new BeyondClassrooms Speaker Series launched in August 2025. Co-organised and moderated by our own students, the monthly talks spotlight future-focused themes including sustainability, innovation, and career development. Upcoming sessions feature “Money Skills for Life: A Financial Literacy Panel”, “Shaping Tomorrow: How Singapore is Building a Sustainable City for All” (in cooperation with EuroCham), and “Future-Ready: Skills & Careers Beyond 2025”. This exciting expansion of the BeyondClassrooms programme equips students with the knowledge, networks, and perspectives to make confident choices about their futures.
