Investing in GESS Employees to Enrich Students’ Experience

We know that an effective learning experience starts with outstanding educators and staff. To ensure this, we hold comprehensive professional development days focused on elevating teaching standards. 

This October, our teacher training centred on maximising every student’s individual growth based on their progress and needs. By utilising NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) data and the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) strategies, our teachers are equipped to deliver more personalised support, provide stronger feedback, and cultivate even more engaging classrooms. 

This year GESS also hosted the School Administration Conference (SAC) Singapore, a leading conference for school administrators and non-teaching staff. With this year’s focus on how technology and AI are transforming school operations, from admissions to HR and finance, staff learnt how to work smarter and collaborate more effectively with technology.
