At GESS, we understand parents have their share of administrative work to handle. To reduce and simplify this for parents, we will undertake a comprehensive review of our internal processes. Internal assessments and actively seeking stakeholder feedback are in the pipeline to help us gain valuable insights into areas that need improvement. By redesigning our processes with a strong focus on meeting the specific needs of parents, we aim to enhance their experience and ensure that our services are parent-focused.
