At GESS, we believe students who are happy, supported and have a sense of belonging in our community can enjoy better learning outcomes. Our student wellbeing programmes support children from early years into their young adulthood, covering core areas such as social-emotional learning, student counselling and safeguarding.

Integrating these into school policies, teaching practices, strategies and programmes, we will be introducing initiatives aligned with International School Counselling Association (ISCA) standards and practices. These include proactive student, parent and staff educational elements, while establishing best practices for approaches to counselling such as case management, session record keeping.

These are just some of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to ensuring student wellbeing.
