The Importance of Homeroom Teachers

Homeroom teachers have always played an important role in GESS, being the constant beacon of support for many students through their crucial years. This role will be amplified, particularly in areas of academic and social-emotional support. Also, homeroom teachers will work even more closely with our Student Wellbeing department, being a critical middle party to bridge students with specialist help.
